What's your return and refund policy?

We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.

You have 3 options when making a return:

Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery.

Exchange: MEEDEN will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via: help@meeden-art.com

MEEDEN will cover the cost of shipping (items are returned via USPS,UPS, FedEx).

The payment will be returned within 2 to 3 days after we receive the returned Item.
